These are approximate times it can take to perform certain tasks. If you are needing one of the items below please request early enough to fit your needed timeline. We strive to be quick, but with the nature of birth we often have to attend to certain things in a triage manner of importance (Examples: laboring mamas, urgent concerns, postpartum visits, etc).

~Respond to a client care portal message or email: 2 business days

~Send prescription refills: 2-4 business days

~Call or email about lab work: 7 days

~Fill out paperwork (FMLA, short term disability, breast pump prescriptions etc): 7-14 days.
